We’re back this Summer with multiple Camp Options!
For eight weeks, our campers enjoy swimming, games, nature exploration, STEM activations, pick-up sports, crafts, and more at our recreation centers, parks, and facilities. Kids can get excited for a summer packed with fun. Take a moment to explore each option to find the perfect fit for your camper.

Need assistance registering online? You can go to any of our recreation centers to utilize the computer and internet access to register. Our staff is onsite to assist with any registration questions. This year’s process is paperless and cashless.

Baltimore City Recreation and Parks’ Camp Baltimore offers a variety of affordable and enriching summer camp activities at 24 locations! Campers can look forward to a summer filled with enrichment, field trips, nature outings, sports and swimming. The camp will have 5 total swim days and an additional 7 field trip days. The camps will feature personal development and enrichment programming presented by local community partners.
Late fee implemented at 5:45 pm.
The cost to participate is $225 for residents/$450 for non-residents.

Summer is here! The B’More Summer Fun program is a program for youth ages 5 to 13 and is hosted at 6 sites citywide. Kids can get excited about games, nature exploration, STEM activations, pick-up sports, crafts, and more. The Summer Fun program will have 7 total swim days, but please note that there are limited field trips associated with this program.
Late fee implemented at 3:45 pm.
The cost to participate is $75 for residents/$150 for non-residents.

BCRP's Traveling Camp is the perfect balance between summer fun and education. This camp allows kids to experience the broad field of travel. Your child will work alongside staff to discover the globe and learn how to be prepared for your next trip. This program has a total of 7 swim trips and 3 field trips per week.

Outdoor Recreation Exploration - Register Here

Let’s get outdoors and enjoy some summer fun with Baltimore City Recreation and Parks! Participants will spend each day with a new outdoor activity at different parks across the city, accompanied by knowledgeable staff members who will provide full instruction. These activities are open to all skill levels, and opportunities include fishing, canoeing, kayaking, biking, stand-up paddleboarding, and disc golf! Please note that camp will be canceled for the day in the event of inclement weather.

The cost of each camp session is $75 per week for city residents/$150 per week for non-city residents.

The Sports & Fitness Summer Camp hosted at William J. Myers Soccer Pavilion is a healthy mix of sports curriculums and fitness for eight weeks. Participants have a sport of the week and learn the fundamentals for that sport while competing in fun activities throughout the week. Sports & Fitness Camp participants also have the opportunity to enjoy field trips, guest speakers, video games, swimming, STEM activities, and more!
The cost of each camp session is $100 per week for city residents/$200 per week for non-city residents.

Each day comes with the perfect number of activities, aquatic/fitness workouts, and fun. Youth will learn how to swim, build endurance (on land and in the pool), and improve their swimming skills from our experienced instructors, all while making new friends in a structured and safe aquatic environment.
The cost of each camp session is $300 for city residents/$400 for non-city residents.

Madison Square Summer Basketball Camp - Register Here

This basketball camp focuses on shooting, dribbling, passing, defensive skills, and other basketball fundamentals. Full instructions and reviews of basketball rules and regulations are covered, as well as detailed breakdowns of offensive sets, defensive sets, and floor spacing. Other topics covered include basketball history, team-building activities, aerobic workouts, resistance training, games, and more.
The cost to participate is $225 for city residents/$450 for non-city residents.

All-Star Tennis Camp is an 8-week camp focused on teaching the fundamentals of tennis to learners of all skill levels and is packed with additional fun activities. The camp is staffed with knowledgeable tennis instructors with many years of experience in teaching youth.

Circuit Threads: E-Textile Explorations Camp (STEM) - Register Here

This program introduces participants to the exciting world of electronic textiles (eTextiles) through hands-on projects that combine technology and crafting. Students will create light-up bracelets and talking stuffed bears, learning the fundamentals of conductive materials, circuit design, and programming. By integrating technology into fabric, students will develop their creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge, all while engaging in a fun and interactive learning experience. Python Coding Camp: Classic Snake Game (STEM) - Register Here
- Date: August 4th - August 8th
- Time: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Ages: 11-15
This one-week coding camp introduces students ages 11-15 to Python programming and game development fundamentals by building the classic Snake game using Python and the Pygame library. Through structured lessons and coding sessions, participants will learn the basics of Python, understand game logic, and gain hands-on experience with Pygame’s tools. By the end of the week, students will have a playable game and a foundational understanding of coding and game design concepts. This camp is perfect for those interested in programming, with no prior Python experience required. Late fee implemented at 4:45 pm.

LEGO Education Camp: SPIKE Essential Kits (STEM) - Register Here

LEGO Education Camp introduces students aged 8-12 to the fundamentals of engineering, coding, and robotics using LEGO SPIKE Essential kits. The camp combines creativity with problem-solving and hands-on learning, encouraging participants to design, build, and program their own robotic creations. Late fee implemented at 4:45 pm.

Ages: 10 - 14
Campers will learn all things cosmetology with a curriculum covering hair, skin, and nails. Beauty Camp includes 2 field trips. All supplies are provided for campers to keep.

Ages: 60 and older
This intergenerational camp will all youth workers the opportunity to learn about the senior population and seniors to learn about the youth of today. Campers will get training on how to use technology, communication, and life skills. Campers will create dances, exercise, memorable crafts, Pickle Ball, chair volleyball, musical chairs, and enjoy fun outings.
The cost to participate is $75 for city residents/$150 for non-city residents.

Ages: Middle and High School (Going into 6 grade and 12 grade)
The volleyball camp is a four-day program for middle and high school girls that focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork in a fun, low-pressure environment. Campers are grouped by age and receive both team and one-on-one instruction from experienced coaches or players with backgrounds at the club, high school, or higher levels. With a 12:1 player-to-coach ratio, the camp emphasizes technique and proficiency over competition. It also complies fully with NCAA eligibility rules, allowing high school players to participate without jeopardizing their status.

The 3-Day Football Skill Position Academy Camp offers specialized, high-level training for quarterbacks, receivers, and defensive backs. Designed for junior, senior, and advanced athletes, the camp combines on-field instruction and classroom sessions to develop both physical skills and football IQ. Campers are grouped by age, experience, and ability for optimal learning.
- Top-tier coaching with an excellent 10:1 athlete-to-coach ratio for personalized instruction.
- Up to 4 hours of daily training, plus classroom sessions to reinforce technique and strategy.
- Position-specific academies:
- Quarterback Academy: Focus on mechanics, footwork, reading defenses, pre-snap reads, and leadership.
- Receiver Academy: Emphasis on route running, catching techniques, reading coverage, and separation skills.
- Defensive Back Academy: Training in coverages, footwork, press technique, and reading offensive plays.

BCRP Camp Cancellation/Refund Policy
• Participants who submit a withdrawal notification prior to the close of business on Friday, June 13, 2025, are eligible to receive a full refund of the camp registration fee minus an administrative fee of $20.
• Participants who submit a withdrawal notification after the close of business on Friday, June 13, 2025, are eligible to receive a prorated bi-weekly refund of the camp registration fee minus an administrative fee of $20.
• Participants who are dismissed from camp due to a violation of the Participant Code of Conduct are not eligible to receive a refund of the camp registration fee.
